If you experience any problems with your email we do apologise. The most common problem relating to sending and receiving is related to the network password.
If an errors such as "Enter Network Password" or you can receive but send is expierenced we suggest that switch your outgoing port to 587 and enable authentication.
- When viewing your account details, as shown in this image:

Click on the "More Settings" button
- Select the "Outgoing Server" tab and make sure the settings are as follows:

- On the "Advanced" tab ensure that your Outgoing server port is set to "587":

Click on the OK button and test the account settings.
This should allow you view and retrieve your email with out any problems.
