When we take on any project, big or small, we like to break in down into different steps. In each step we have to do certain task BUT it is crucial that the client does his homework as well. Therefore it is vital to communicate throughout the whole project.
- First Contact
After you contact us, we'll need to begin learning about your business requirements, goals and budget. We'll communicate by email, by phone and, depending on the nature of the project, possibly face-to-face.
- Analysis and planning
Once we've proven to you that we can meet your needs, we'll begin a detailed analysis of your projects requirements. We'll start by helping you develop your Internet strategy and define the goals by which we can judge the project successful. With the aims and targets clear, we'll concurrently plan the aesthetic, architectural and technical aspects of the project. At this stage, once we're sure of what your project involves, we'll prepare a formal proposal and quotation and, if this meets with you're approval, agree terms and schedule.
- Design and development
Based on the design documentation and technical specifications generated in the previous stage, we'll now shift into production mode. Our graphic design team will refine and develop the aesthetic concepts agreed during the planning stage. Through a series of design prototypes, they'll work with you towards the final look and feel of your site. At the same time, our programmers will be designing and coding the backend programs and databases to realise the functional requirements. Your project co-ordinator will also work with you to gather and prepare all required written content.
- Integration and testing
This is where all the preparatory work comes together. The templates, programs and content from the previous stage will be integrated into the final product. Of course, we'll be doing plenty of testing, and will encourage you to be involved in this too. After all, it is extremely important that you're happy with our work. Based on your feedback we'll make any necessary alterations and tweaks.
- Launch
Once everything is ready, we'll publish the site on the Internet, and once again verify that everything is working as it should be. Depending on the nature of the project and our initial agreement, we'll also provide you with appropriate training.
